Deena has resided in Georgia since 2003 by way of Trotwood, Ohio. She has been employed with the Department of Veterans Affairs since 2001. She and her husband Elgin Wingard are the blessed parents of five adult children and one very active 12-year-old. Deena is a licensed attorney and currently attends McAfee School of Theology at Mercer University. She is excited about how God plans to utilize her Juris Doctorate and Masters of Divinity to serve His Kingdom.
